The Alfred Health Trauma Registry has continued to grow in maturity and impact between 2022 and 2025, supported by a dedicated team that consistently meets statutory reporting requirements and adds significant value through detailed audit documentation and feedback capture. At a bi‑national level, NTRI oversees the Australian and New Zealand Trauma Registry (ANZTR), a leading clinical quality registry hosting more than eight years of data from trauma services across Australia and New Zealand, with ongoing expansion to new sites. Recent advances—including strengthened governance, a public-facing data portal, updated minimum datasets, and national mutual ethics acceptance—have positioned both registries to capitalise on emerging data linkage opportunities, enabling richer insights, enhanced research capacity, and greater system-wide impact through integration with complementary health and administrative datasets.
