Dr Jung Hee Kang

BSc (Neuroscience), MBiomedHlthSc, PhD

Dr Kang joined NTRI as a research coordinator in 2024. Dr Kang has an extensive background in both Neuroscience and Immunology, having completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Neuroscience/Immunology, a Master of Biomedical and Health Science specialised in Neuroinflammation, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Cancer Immunotherapy at Monash University, Australia, in 2023.

Dr Kang is an experienced Research Coordinator in both public and private health care throughout her career in Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre/Latrobe Regional Health and Nucleus Network Pty Ltd, where she streamlined and coordinated a variety of clinical trials, including Commercially Sponsored, Investigator-initiated, and Collaborative Research Group studies.

With a strong foundation in both preclinical and clinical research, she brings her expertise in research project coordination and multi-functional administrative support to the NTRI research team to pursue and foster NTRI’s vision.
