Trauma Surgeon, NTRI Gold Coast
After completing my surgical training in India (M.S- General surgery), I came to Australia and completed my Masters of Research (M.Phil.) from University of Queensland. Subsequently accepted to surgical training program of the Royal Australasian College of surgeons; obtaining Fellowship of the College in 2017 and trained in specialty of Acute care and Trauma at The Shock, Trauma Centre, Maryland, USA and Gold Coast University Hospital, Australia.
Currently, appointed as a Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon working at Gold Coast University and St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospitals.
My current interest lies in spleen salvage for the blunt abdominal injury and surgical stabilisation of rib fractures.
