The Allied Health Trauma team remains focused on expanding its research impact through strategic priorities that include benchmarking allied health services and outcomes against other Level 1 trauma centres, conducting multi-site research trials, and publishing findings from quality improvement activities, while also strengthening a culture of education by creating learning opportunities for external allied health professionals, supporting and role‑modelling postgraduate study across a broad range of disciplines, and ensuring the ongoing integration of allied health research within the trauma service’s overall research framework.
