About Grace Huang

Grace has a clinical background in critical care nursing and currently works as the Trauma Stream Lead and Lecturer in the Master of Advanced Nursing (MAN) degree at Monash University. Her academic experience is complemented by her previous roles as an International Education Program Coordinator (IEPC) in Fiji and China within the Alfred Health ICU and Trauma Department, where she managed cross-cultural educational initiatives, fostering global perspectives among clinicians and faculty alike.

Grace continues to work clinically in both the ICU and the Heart and Lung Transplant Department. Her keen interests include trauma education, clinical trials and global health. She currently serves as Co-lead for Asia in the Global Intensive Care Initiative (GICI) with the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society (ANZICS).
