About Terence Tan

Dr. Terence Tan is a qualified Neurosurgeon and Spine Surgeon practising in Melbourne, Australia.

Terence obtained his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Melbourne and subsequently completed his Neurosurgical training with stints in major Neurosurgical and Spinal centers including The Alfred, Austin Hospital and the Royal Children’s Hospital. Under the tutelage of his mentors, Terence honed a particular set of skills, skills that allow him to provide patient-specific care to each and everyone of his patients.

His research interests lie predominantly in spinal conditions and spinal trauma, with a strong focus on outcome improvement and complication prevention.
