About Hayley Ball

Ms. Hayley Ball is the Research and Development Coordinator for the Prevent Alcohol & Risk-Related Trauma in Youth (P.A.R.T.Y.) Program. Ms. Ball is able to combine her degree in Behavioural Studies, public health-related project work, and over eight years of organisational experience within the NTRI to further the output and reach of The Alfred’s P.A.R.T.Y. Program. To help broaden her research skills, she completed The Alfred & Monash University’s Emergency Medicine Research short course in 2017.

Ms. Ball has over 18 years of administrative and project coordination and management experience working within multiple industries. She has been responsible for the maintenance of stakeholder relationships, office and finance management, data and database management, ethics and governance support and writing grant applications.

In her role Ms. Ball aims to develop new research opportunities to increase and improve P.A.R.T.Y. at The Alfred output; utilise technologies to streamline program and research processes, and expand the reach and delivery mode of the program. Ms. Ball is passionate about using her experience to create innovated trauma awareness and targeted research within at-risk groups in order to reduce the burden of trauma within Victoria and developing countries.
